Our Approach & Mission

Effective Implementation is Where Change Happens

PINA's approach centres on one conviction: policies, no matter how well-crafted, are mere words without action. We bridge the gap between policy and on-ground execution.

PINAMission Statement
Mission

"We exist to bridge the education quality gap"

Policies, no matter how well-crafted, are mere words without action. True progress lies not in drafting solutions but in bringing them to life and measuring their impact. Without implementation, the goals we aspire to achieve remain out of reach.

Implementation

On-ground execution of well-researched education policies and standards in adopted public schools across Pakistan.

Collaboration

Partnering with leading EdTech firms, curriculum designers, British Council, AKU-IED, and community organisations.

Impact Analysis

Rigorous measurement of student outcomes, school performance metrics, and instructional effectiveness.

PINAFour Pillars Framework
Transformation Model

Four Pillars Framework

PINA's transformation model operates across four pillars, each with defined activities, responsible staff, and quarterly milestones:

01

Teacher Quality — Highest-Impact Investment

Embedding experienced private-sector teacher mentors alongside government teachers. Intensive, accredited capacity-building in partnership with British Council or AKU-IED. Monthly peer-review cycles building continuous improvement.

02

Curriculum & Pedagogy

Aligning instruction with national curriculum while introducing supplementary content in English, digital literacy, and critical thinking. IB Primary Years Programme-aligned inquiry frameworks from Year 3.

03

Infrastructure — Minimum Necessary, Maximum Impact

Targeted, essential improvements: reliable electricity, clean water, functional IT lab. PINA's philosophy directs the majority of investment toward instruction, not construction.

04

Community & Parental Engagement

Structured community engagement (Shikayat se Shirkat tak — from complaint to participation). Monthly Parent-Teacher Committees. University student volunteer programme for broader student exposure.
