Expert in operational governance and public school management. Responsible for day-to-day administration, PSSP compliance, staff management, facilities oversight, and regulatory reporting.

Curriculum R&D

Specialises in synthesising Pakistan's national curriculum with international teaching standards and EdTech tools to create an optimised, cohesive pedagogical framework.

EdTech Research

Responsible for market analysis, effectiveness evaluation, and strategic implementation of EdTech solutions. Recommends specific platforms for adoption in PINA schools.

Head of IB Programme

Specialist in the International Baccalaureate framework, responsible for all preparation and field implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme and multi-year authorisation process.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Leads PINA's measurement and accountability framework. Conducts baseline assessments, tracks student learning outcomes (ASER, TOEFL Junior), and generates regular progress reports.

Co-working Development

Specialist in real estate development and co-working space operations. Leads the design, renovation, launch, and management of PINA's revenue-generating facility. PKR 20–30M annual revenue target.
