2025 Transition and Priorities
Education Research and Implementation Institute

Pakistan's education crisis does not suffer from a shortage of research. The system continues to fail because the gap between policy formulation and on-ground implementation has never been bridged at scale.

Recognising the urgent need for systemic improvements, PINA is expanding beyond policy recommendations to direct implementation — evolving into a full-spectrum Education Research and Implementation Institute.
